Indoor trampoline parks are very popular. There are about 800 across the country. But all that bouncing around has led to more injuries.
In 2013, trampoline park injuries led to 2,500 emergency room visits nationwide. In 2017, there were almost 18,000. Children and teens experienced the most injuries.
To stay safe, follow these tips from doctors. First, always land with both feet. Don’t ever land on your head. And if you get tired, take a break!
